Owners of ten residential units and more have until September 30, 2023 to do so, while owners of six to nine residential units have until September 15, 2024. This is according to the \"Ordinance on Securing the Energy Supply through Medium-Term Measures\" (EnSimiMaV) issued by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, the association \"Wohnen im Eigentum\" (WiE) points out several aspects. First of all, for example, it must be checked whether the radiators are separate property, which is often the case, or common property. According to WiE, homeowners' associations (WEG) should also have hydronic balancing carried out jointly if the radiators are in separate ownership. This will probably be cheaper than having the hydronic balancing carried out alone.
