Buyers of existing apartments can save an average of at least 25 percent of the purchase price in 9 out of 14 major cities surveyed. The analysis was based on the introduction of the 49-euro ticket at the beginning of May and the property prices in the 14 cities with more than 500,000 inhabitants and in the suburbs.
