In Germany, 73 percent of the real estate investors surveyed plan to invest in the sustainable refurbishment of their portfolios, in France the figure is 72 percent and in the UK 57 percent.<\/p>\n<p>It is also important to them that the properties have a corresponding sustainability certificate. In France, 79 percent of real estate investors pay attention to this, in the UK 70 percent and in Germany 60 percent.<\/p>\n<p>These and other findings emerge from the \"Investment Climate Study II\/2021: Real Estate Markets undergoing Transformation\" by Union Investment Real Estate GmbH.
